Clacker the Hook Horror

From the Forgotten Realms Novels, Clacker was once a subterranean Fey known as a Pech.
Magic was transforming him, mind and body to that of a Hook Horror.
During this tortured duality he befriended the drow elf Drizzt Do'Urden during his exile from the Underdark.
Ultimately unable to resist his curse, he pleaded to be killed before he succumbed fully.
In death, Clacker reverted to his true form.
